摘 要:高压断路器故障的原因主要集中在其机械特性方面,断路器的分合闸线圈及储能电机的电流波形可反映铁芯卡滞、卡涩等机械特性方面的异常。给出了断路器在线监测装置的整体设计,通过霍尔电流传感器监测分合闸线圈电流、三相主回路电流和储能电机电流,分析数据并诊断出断路器潜伏性机械故障,为实现高压断路器的状态检修提供了一种有效的技术手段。通过现场对比试验,结果表明该系统各项性能均达到设计要求。该系统在220 kV GIS断路器运行良好。The cause of the failure of the high-voltage circuit breaker is mainly concentrated in its mechanical characteristics.The current waveform of the opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker and the energy storage motor can reflect the abnormalities of mechanical characteristics such as iron core sticking and jamming.The overall design of circuit breaker on-line monitoring device is given.Through the Hall current sensor to monitor the opening and closing coil current,the three-phase main circuit current and the energy storage motor current,the data is analyzed and the latent mechanical fault of the circuit breaker is diagnosed,which provides an effective technical means for realizing the condition based maintenance of the high voltage circuit breaker.Through the field comparison test,the results show that the performance of the system meets the design requirements.The system works well in 220 kV GIS circuit breaker.
