摘 要:目前对新建智能变电站监控信息的核对仍采用人工手动对点方式,即通过电话联系调度主站,由调度数据网核对监控主站和场站信息,效率低下且浪费大量人力物力。为此,采用模块化思想,提出一种基于模拟主站的智能变电站远动信息快速核对系统。该系统通过SCD文件获取IED模型,远动信息点表以Excel格式导入模拟主站。模拟主站与监控后台、远动装置通过MMS通信协议进行通信,并能接收远动装置转发的IEC 104信号,从而提高远动信息核对的效率。At present,the verification of monitoring information of newly build intelligent substations is still carried out by manual point-to-point method.that is contacting the dispatching master station by telephone.It is inefficient and wastes a lot of manpower and material resources to check the information of monitoring master station and station through dispatching data network.Therefore,using the idea of modularization,an intelligent substation telecontrol information fast verification system based on analog master station is proposed.The system obtains the IED model through the SCD file,and the telecontrol information point table is imported into the simulation master station in Excel format.The analog master station communicates with the monitoring background and remote control device through the MMS communication protocol,and can receive the IEC 104 signal forwarded by the remote control device,thereby improving the efficiency of remote control information verification.
