摘 要:传统电力企业调度主站侧频发信号监控及时率低,因此设计电力企业调度主站侧频发信号治理和监控方法。通过光字动作,治理电力企业调度主站侧频发信号,设置目标函数,监控电力企业调度主站侧频发信号。设计实例分析,结果表明设计的监控方法监控及时率明显高于试验对照组,能够解决治理和监控及时率低的问题。The traditional power enterprise dispatching master station side frequent signal,and the timely monitoring rate is low.Therefore,the power enterprise dispatching master station side frequently sends signals management and monitoring methods are designed.Through the action of optical word,the frequent signals from the dispatching master station side of power enterprises are controlled.The objective function is set up to monitor the frequent signal on the main station side of the power enterprise.The design example analysis shows that the monitoring timeliness rate of the designed monitoring method is significantly higher than that of the experimental control group,which can solve the problem of low governance and monitoring timeliness rate.
