摘  要:提出了基于智能手机图片比色法实现甾体激素含量快速检测的方法,对显色条件、显色稳定性、拍摄距离等因素对实验的影响进行了考察和优化。在优化条件下,测定的相关系数良好,大于0.99,检出限为0.02 mg,3个质量浓度水平下检测结果重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.8%、1.5%和5.5%;并考察了3款不同型号智能手机检测的普适性,结果表明,3款手机均可作为采集设备,检测效果与手机型号无明显关联。采用智能手机图片比色法与分光光度法对样品检测的结果基本一致,表明智能手机图片比色法适用于甾体激素含量的快速测定。A new method for rapid quantitative detection of steroid hormones based on smart phone image colorimetry was proposed,and the influence of color development conditions,color stability,shooting distance and other factors on the experiment were investigated and optimized.Under optimal conditions,the correlation coefficient of the determination was good and greater than 0.99,the detection limit was 0.02 mg,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)of the repeatability of three mass concentration levels were 1.8%,1.5%,and 5.5%,respectively.The universality of the detection by three different types of smart phones was investigated,and the results showed that all of three types of smart phones could be used as acquisition equipments for the determination,and the detection results were not significantly related to the phone models.The results obtained by the smart phone image colorimetry were basically consistent with those by the spectrophotometry,indicating that the smart phone image colorimetry was suitable for the rapid determination of steroid hormones in cosmetics.
