摘　　要：接触性荨麻疹(contact urticaria,CU)是指皮肤接触一定物质后发生瘙痒、红斑或风团等症状,根据发病机制可分为非免疫性CU(NICU)和免疫性CU(ICU)两类。CU是化妆品不良反应的临床表现之一,现行的化妆品不良反应国家和地方标准中对其诊断标准和处理原则未作明确规定,给诊断和监控工作带来了一定难度。通过对化妆品CU的发病机制、诊断和处理原则的文献综述,希望为相关标准的制定提供一定的参考。The term contact urticaria(CU)refers to a group of symptoms such as pruritus,erythema,wheal and flare elicited by exposure of the skin to certain substances.According to the pathogenic mechanism,CU is classified as non-immunologic CU(NICU)and immunologic CU(ICU).CU is one of the adverse reactions of cosmetics.The diagnosis criteria and treatment principles of CU haven't been particularly included in current national and local standards of cosmetic skin diseases.This has brought difficulties to the diagnosis and monitoring of the cosmetic CU.The pathogenic mechanism,diagnosis and treatment principles of cosmetic CU were reviewed,hoping to provide some reference for the formulation of the criteria.
