摘　　要：芳香疗法源于欧洲,在国外盛行已久,但中国也是较早使用芳香药物防治疾病的国家之一,只是早期未曾形成“中医芳香疗法”的概念。目前,中医芳香疗法常用于疾病治疗与身体调理,备受人们关注。本文对中医芳香疗法的历史发展历程进行了追溯,指出其起于先秦,长于隋唐,盛于宋明,归于清代,可谓我国中医外治法中的又一瑰宝。至今,其理论体系仍在不断的完善,现代临床应用日渐拓展,突出表现在治疗失眠、抑郁、焦虑、疼痛等疾病方面有着其他疗法不可比拟的优势。加之我国芳香中药的资源丰富,芳香精油的提取开发应用价值明显,这些都有望为后期进行新的芳香产品的开发和临床应用提供借鉴。Aromatherapy,originated in Europe,had been popular abroad for a long time,but our country was also one of the earliest countries to use aromatic medicines to prevent and treat diseases,but the concept of"Chinese medicine aromatherapy"did not exist in the early days.At present,traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy was used for disease treatment and body conditioning,with outstanding advantages and broad prospects,and it had attracted much attention.Then,the historical development of Chinese medicine aromatherapy was traced and it was pointed out that it originated in the pre-Qin,grew up in the Sui and Tang Dynasties,prospered in the Song and Ming Dynasties,and was attributed to the Qing Dynasty.So far,its theoretical system was still being perfected,and modern clinical applications were expanding day by day,highlighting its incomparable advantages in the treatment of insomnia,depression,anxiety,pain and other diseases.In addition,our country was rich in aromatic Chinese medicine resources,and the extraction,development and application value of aromatic essential oils were obvious.All these are expected to provide references for the development and clinical application of new aromatic products in the later period.
