摘　　要：通过调用NI-DAQ的NI-6002的库函数,借鉴NI-DAQmx C Reference Help帮助、NI-DAQmx范例和NI-DAQmx文档,实现了NI-6002数据采集卡的调用。介绍了NI-6002的硬件功能特性和在NI-DAQmx平台上的典型测量应用,实现加速度频率及交直流电压的高速精确测量,并详细阐述了模拟电压输入(单次操作和循环操作)及模拟电压输出(单次操作和循环操作)的4种工作模式的编程实现过程,针对上述应用开发出了上位机软件,有效地提高了现场计量检定效率和操作可靠性,达到了预期的设计效果。By calling ni-6002 library function of NI-DAQ,using NI-DAQMX C Reference Help,NI-DAQMX example and NI-DAQMX document for Reference,ni-DA6002 data acquisition card is implemented.This paper introduces the hardware features of NI-6002 and its typical measurement application on NI-DAQMX platform,which can realize high speed and accurate measurement of acceleration frequency and AC and DC voltage.And expounds in detail the analog input voltage(single and cyclic operation)and analog voltage output(single and cyclic operation)of four work modes of program implementation process,according to the above application software developed by the upper machine,effectively improves the metrological verification efficiency and operating reliability,achieved the desired design effect.
