摘 要:从堆芯中子探测器的测量原理、探测器的总体设计结构、探测器验证试验的设计,以及探测器试验结果等几个方面,介绍堆芯中子探测器国产化项目的研发成果。此次探测器设计验证试验对探测器的尺寸、外观、电气性能以及核性能进行了验证,试验结果验证了探测器的结构设计、电气性能都满足设计要求。由于本次试验采用加速器为试验用的中子源,慢化后的中子注量率偏低,导致在验证探测器的坪特性、热中子灵敏度、探测器线性等设计参数时,由热中子产生的电流较小,环境本底对测试结果影响较大,因而本次验证试验只能定性地验证探测器的核特性,后续通过更高热中子注量率的中子源对探测器进行定量的验证。This article introduces the research and development results of the core neutron detector localization project from several aspects such as the measurement principle of the core neutron detector,the overall design structure of the detector,the design of the detector verification test and the detector test results.The detector design verification test verifies the size,appearance,electrical performance and nuclear performance of the detector.The test results verify that the structural design and electrical performance of the detector meet the design requirements.Because the accelerator is used as the neutron source in this experiment,the slowed down neutron flux is low,which leads to the verification of the detector plateau characteristics,thermal neutron sensitivity,detector linearity and other design parameters.The current generated by thermal neutrons is small,and the environmental background has a greater impact on the test results.Therefore,this verification test can only qualitatively verify the nuclear characteristics of the detector,and the subsequent detection by a neutron source with a higher thermal neutron flux the device performs quantitative verification.
