摘　　要：分析了一种PLC控制系统在负荷控制中函数设定的故障缺陷,在自动控制逻辑JSR模块所接收的输入信号超过函数设定的范围时,其子程序无法进行判断计算即无法输出结果,此时该自动控制逻辑是失效的。同时,如果此系统与外部有控制交互时,会覆盖自动控制原有的指令信号,最终导致设备失控。在输入信号偏差、JSR模块超限失效及外部通讯读取指令3种原因共同影响下,最终导致了函数控制的异常。为了消除这种故障缺陷,通过限制函数设定所接收的上下限输入信号,使得JSR模块的输入输出信号在可控范围内,从而排除了此类模块的使用隐患,保证了函数设定的控制稳定性。Analyzed a failure of the function setting control in the PLC control logic.When the input signal of the automatic control logic JSR module exceeds the function setting range,its subroutine cannot perform judgment calculations and cannot output the result.At this time,the automatic control logic It is invalid.When an external command is connected,the original command signal of the automatic control will be overwritten,which will eventually cause the equipment to lose control.In order to eliminate this fault defect,the upper and lower limit input signals received by the limit function setting are used to make the input and output signals of the JSR module within the controllable range,thereby eliminating the hidden dangers of the use of such modules and ensuring the control of the function setting stability.
