摘　　要：通过实验验证了全预混燃气采暖热水炉在运行过程中,火焰电流信号与空气系数存在相关性。实验结果表明,在空气量固定的情况下,改变燃气流量,火焰电流信号在空气系数为1附近时达到最大值。同一测试系统,使用不同华白数的燃气进行测试,所得的不同空气系数与火焰电流信号形成的曲线具有一定的对应关系。该对应关系,为全预混燃气采暖热水炉自动适应不同气源的系统研发提供了理论依据。Through experiments,it is verified that there is a correlation between flame current signal and air coefficient during the operation of fully premixed gas heating water heater.The experimental results show that when the air volume is fixed and the gas flow is changed,the flame current signal reaches the maximum when the air coefficient is about 1.In the same test system,the gas with different wobble number is used for test,and the different air coefficient obtained has a certain corresponding relationship with the curve formed by the flame current signal.The above relationship provides a theoretical basis for the system research and development of fully premixed gas heating water heater to automatically adapt to different gas sources.
