摘　　要：随着城市化进程的快速发展,当前城市更新已开始取代增量建设,成为城市发展的新方向。人、房、地、物、财等现状基础数据的调查,是城市更新改造前期的一项重要的基础性工作,也是后期编制片区策划和实施方案的基础数据。本文以天河区吉山村为例,讨论了广州市城市更新的基础数据调查体系和工作实践,为各地方的城市更新数据调查模式,提供了一定可借鉴的经验和启示。With the rapid development of urbanization,urban renewal has begun to replace incremental construction and become the new direction of urban development.The investigation of the basic data of human,housing,land,material and financial status is an important basic work in the early stage of urban renewal and reconstruction,as well as the basic data in the later stage of compiling district planning and implementation schemes.Taking Jishan Village in Tianhe District as an example,this paper discusses the basic data survey system and working practice of urban renewal in Guangzhou,and provides some experience and enlightenment for various local urban renewal data survey models.
