基于POI的昆明市商业空间结构特征分析

摘　　要：通过集成昆明市几类具有代表性的POI(Point of Interest)数据,应用叠加分析、K-means聚类分析、核密度分析等方法,根据各类型POI的空间分布特征及内在影响关系,分析昆明市整体的商业发展规模及集聚特征。以餐饮、酒店、商场、写字楼及银行等五大类业态为基础,研究不同类型的商业活动在昆明市的主要聚集方式及存在区位,总结昆明市商业空间集聚模式及商业空间结构特征。重点从应用POI支持国土空间规划方面,强调基于兴趣点特征分布如何优化商业空间结构。By integrating several representative POI(Point of Interest)data in Kunming,this paper analyzes the overall business development scale and agglomeration characteristics of Kunming by using superposition analysis,K-means clustering analysis,kernel density analysis and other methods according to the spatial distribution characteristics and internal influence relationship of each type of POI.Based on the five types of business,such as catering,hotels,shopping malls,office buildings and banks,this paper studies the main aggregation mode and existing location of different types of commercial activities in Kunming,and summarizes the agglomeration mode and structural characteristics of commercial space in Kunming.It emphasizes how to optimize the commercial spatial structure based on the distribution of interest points.
