摘　　要：为了提升医疗服务大数据的分析效能,基于Spark计算平台下的R语言二次开发组件,将Spark开发环境结合DBase数据库、Redis数据库和API数据接口等开发工具,设计多个数据服务控件,实现离群数据预警管理、数据整合统计管理等数据控件,研究一种充分简化且具有较高数据管理效能的医疗服务大数据管理信息系统。经过仿真分析,证实应用该系统后,对微小医疗事故进行有效控制,可以提升医院的医疗服务效率,对医院的营收能力和社会责任都有显著促进作用。In order to improve the analysis efficiency of medical service big data,based on the R language secondary development component under spark computing platform,spark development environment is combined with dBASE database,redis database,API data interface and other development tools to design multiple data service controls to realize outlier data pre alarm management,data integration and statistical management and other data controls,This paper studies a fully simplified medical service big data management information system with high data management efficiency.Through simulation analysis,it is confirmed that the application of the system can effectively control micro medical accidents,improve the medical service efficiency of the hospital,and significantly promote the revenue capacity and social responsibility of the hospital.
