摘　　要：建立了鹿茸、鹿胎膏、蜂蜜基质中5种兽药残留的高分辨液相质谱检测及筛查方法,鹿茸、鹿胎膏、蜂蜜试样用乙腈均质提取,PRIME HLB固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱快速筛查定性及定量;在上述检测方法条件下,所测的5种兽药的最低检出限为10.00μg/kg,平均回收率为72.5%~95.5%,相对标准偏差在1.3%-8.3%之间。线性范围为10.00~1000.00μg/kg(R^(2)>0.99)。本研究所建立的方法前处理简单快捷,能够快速筛查出样品中的5种兽药并对目标物进行准确的定性分析,为药食同源特色农产品中的兽药残留的风险评估提供了技术支持。The method of high resolution liquid mass spectrometry was established for the determination and screening of 5 veterinary drug residues in antler,deer embryo paste and honey matrix.The samples of antler,antler and honey were extracted uniformly with acetonitrile,purified by the solid phase extraction column of prime HLB,and the high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry was used to quickly screen the qualitative and quantitative,and qualitative and quantitative screening by HPLC-MS.Under the above conditions,the detection limit of 5 veterinary drugs is 10.00μg/kg.The average recovery rate is72.5%~95.5%,and RSD is 1.3%-8.3%.The linear range is 10.00~1000.00μg/kg(R2>0.99).The method established in this study is simple and quick in pre-processing,which can rapidly screen 5 kinds of veterinary drugs in samples and conduct accurate qualitative analysis of the target substances,providing technical support for the risk assessment of veterinary drug residues in specialty agricultural products with homology of medicine and food.
