摘 要:城陵矶地区历来是长江流域防洪的重点,也是长江上中游水库群的重要防洪调度目标。通过构建长江干流及洞庭湖区水动力学模型,模拟分析了不同典型洪水、不同调度方式下三峡水库对城陵矶地区的调度效果,提出了三峡水库对城陵矶地区的实时补偿调度方式。结果表明:在综合考虑补偿调度效果及水文气象预报的不确定性下,若预见期内预报城陵矶(莲花塘站)水位将达到或超过目标控制水位,则提前4~5 d开始控制三峡水库出库流量为宜,并应结合水文气象预报情况逐步减小或增加出库流量。The Chenglingji area has always been the focus of flood control in the Changjing River Basin,as well as an important target of flood control for reservoir group in the upper and middle reaches of the Changjing River.In this paper,a hydrodynamic model for the Changjing River Basin and Dongting Lake area was constructed to simulate and analyze the operation effects of the Three Gorges Reservoir on the Chenglingji reach under various typical floods and different operation modes.Following the results,the real-time compensation operation mode of the Three Gorges Reservoir was proposed for the Chenglingji reach.The results showed that considering the effect of compensation operation and the uncertainty of hydrometeorological forecasts,if the water level of the Chenglingji(Lianhuatang Station)would reach or exceed the target control level at the forecast time,it was appropriate to restrict the discharges of the Three Gorges Reservoir 4~5 days in advance,and gradually adjusted the discharges according to hydrometeorological forecasts.
