摘 要:总结分析了ODS合金与低合金钢异种金属焊接技术的研究进展,主要介绍了ODS合金与低合金钢的摩擦焊、电阻焊和电子束焊的研究现状,分析了不同焊接方法下焊接接头的组织、性能和氧化物颗粒的分布情况,总结了各种焊接技术所存在的问题,并分析了不同问题的产生原因及解决办法。总结出未来ODS合金与低合金钢焊接研究的方向。The research progress of dissimilar metal welding technology between ODS alloy and low alloy steel was summarized and analyzed in the paper.The research status of friction welding,resistance welding and electron beam welding of ODS alloy and low alloy steels was mainly introduced in the paper,the microstructure,properties and oxide particles distribution of the welded joints under different welding methods were analyzed,the existing problems of various welding technology were summarized,and the causes and solutions of different problems were analyzed.The research direction of ODS alloy and low alloy steel welding in the future was summarized.
