摘  要:搅拌摩擦焊在铝合金金属焊接中有着广泛的应用,也可以将金属、聚合物异种材料焊接在一起。文中对铝合金和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)这2种常用异种材料的焊接进行了研究,将6061-T6铝合金与PMMA薄板进行搅拌摩擦焊试验,验证异种材料搅拌摩擦焊的可行性,选取6061-T6铝合金与PMMA成形较好的焊接接头进行拉伸试验。结果表明:在合理的焊接工艺参数下,可获得表面成形良好的焊接接头。通过拉伸试验,发现转速1 200 r/min,焊接速度70 mm/min,下压量2.3 mm时,焊接接头强度最高,达到PMMA母材的65%(38.24 MPa)。Friction stir welding has a wide range of applications in aluminum alloy metal welding, and it can also weld dissimilar materials of metal and polymer together. In this paper, two commonly used dissimilar materials, aluminum alloy and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) were studied. The friction stir welding test of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and PMMA sheet was carried out to verify the feasibility of friction stir welding of dissimilar materials. The tensile test was carried out with the better sample of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and PMMA welded joint. The results showed that under certain welding process parameters, a welded joint with good surface formation could be obtained. Through the tensile test, it was found that when the rotation speed was 1 200 r/min, the welding speed was 70 mm/min, and the downward pressure was 2.3 mm, the strength of the welded joint was the highest, reaching 65%(38.24 MPa) of the PMMA base material.
