摘 要:空气氛围中,采用热重分析方法(TG)研究短纤维填充PEEK复合材料在不同升温速率下的热分解过程,采用Kissinger法计算短纤维填充PEEK复合材料的热分解动力学参数,并结合Crane方程确定反应级数,分析升温速率对PEEK复合材料热分解过程的影响,对比采用不同材料填充PEEK复合材料的热稳定性及国内外PEEK复合材料的热稳定性能。结果表明,PEEK复合材料的初始热分解温度高于550℃,其热稳定性能较好;国内玻璃纤维填充PEEK复合材料和碳纤维填充PEEK复合材料的E_(a)分别为265、245 kJ/mol,国外玻璃纤维填充PEEK复合材料和碳纤维填充PEEK复合材料的E;分别为270、246 kJ/mol,反应级数均为1,与碳纤维填充PEEK复合材料相比,玻璃纤维填充PEEK复合材料的热稳定性较高;与国外的PEEK复合材料相比,国产的热稳定性变化较小。The thermal decomposition process of short fiber filled PEEK composite was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TG)under different heating rates and air atmosphere,and the thermal decomposition kinetic parameters and reaction order of PEEK composite were determined by the Kissinger method and Crane equation respectively.The effect of heating rate on the thermal decomposition process of PEEK composite was discussed.The thermal stability of different materials filled PEEK composite was compared.The results showed that the onset temperature of thermal decomposition of PEEK composite were more than 550℃.which was high thermal stability.As the heating rate increased,the onset temperature of thermal decomposition moved to the high temperature region,and the process of thermal decomposition was a single process.The E_(a) of domestic glass fiber filled PEEK composite and carbon fiber filled PEEK composite were 265 kJ/mol and 245 kJ/mol respectively,and the E_(a) of foreign glass fiber filled PEEK composite and carbon fiber filled PEEK composite were 270 kJ/mol and 246 kJ/mol respectively,the reaction order of PEEK composite was all 1.Compared with carbon fiber filled PEEK composite,glass fiber filled PEEK composite had higher thermal stability.Compared with foreign PEEK composite,the thermal stability of domestic PEEK composite had little change.
