摘  要:针对复杂的斗箱塑件设计了一种两板式热流道大型注射模具用于塑件的注射成型。模具结构中,将模腔布置为卧式布局,使模具在设置5个侧面抽芯机构的基础上,在注塑机有限空间内可以完全容纳,且成型件的结构强度同时得到有效保证。针对塑件多个局部区域脱模困难问题,设计了1个滑块斜顶复合机构、4个斜导柱滑块机构及1个斜顶机构。滑块斜顶复合机构分3次做侧抽芯动作,有效避免了单次抽芯所造成塑件损坏问题。复合机构3次抽芯动作中,第一次用于塑件侧边的侧抽芯脱模,第二次用于中间槽槽内壁倒扣的脱模,第三次用于机构的避让移位。模具整体结构中,对局部区域特征进行了9处设计改进,保证了模具工作的可靠性及加工装配的方便性。An injection molding of a two-plate thermostatic large injection mold was designed for a bucket complicated plastic.In the mold structure,the mold was arranged as a horizontal layout,and the mold was fully accommodated on the finite space of the injection molding machine,and the structural strength of the molded member could also be effectively guaranteed.In response to a plurality of local area demolded difficulties in a plurality of local areas,a slider-lifter composite mechanism,four angel guide pin slider mechanisms,and 1 lifter mechanism were designed.The slider-lifter composite mechanism was divided into a side core operation,effectively avoiding the problem of the plastic parts brought by a single core.In the three cores of the composite mechanism,the first time for the side extraction core for the side of the plastic parts,the second time for the demoulding of the intermediate groove inner wall,the third time for the avoidance shift of the mechanism.In the overall structure of the mold,9 design improvements were performed on local regional features,ensuring the reliability of the mold operation and the convenience of processing and assembly.
