摘  要:随着分布式电源在配电网中的接入量和渗透率的不断增加,传统的电流差动保护方案可能会出现灵敏性和选择性上的问题。该文首先分别从区内故障和区外故障对电流幅值故障特征进行数学分析,得出了馈线两端的电流幅值会在不同故障下出现较大差异,同时由于制动系数对电流差动保护的选择性和灵敏性起到决定性作用,基于此提出了一种基于故障电流幅值比与制动系数相配合的新型保护方案。最后通过理论分析证明及Matlab/Simulink仿真验证可知,相比于传统的电流差动保护方案,该方案在保证选择性的前提下提升了灵敏性,工程实用性较高。With continuous increase of the access volume and permeability of distributed power in the distribution network,the traditional current differential protection scheme may have sensitivity and selectivity problems.In this paper,the characteristics of current amplitude faults are analyzed mathematically from in-zone faults and out-zone faults respectively and it is concluded that the amplitude of current at both ends of the feeder will vary greatly under different faults,and at the same time,the braking coefficient will play a decisive role in selectivity and sensitivity of current differential protection.Next,a new protection scheme based on fault current amplitude ratio fitting with the braking coefficient is proposed.Finally,through theoretical analysis and MATLAB/Simulink simulation,we can see that compared with the traditional current differential protection scheme,the scheme improves the sensitivity on the premise of ensuring the selectivity,and has higher engineering practicability.
