摘 要:由于智能配电网的高故障率特性以及城市土地资源的限制,DC/DC换流器的体积、成本、效率、控制性能和故障穿越能力逐渐成为其在该领域内的限制因素。为此,提出了一种基于电流源换流器(current source converter,CSC)和电压源换流器(voltage source converter,VSC)的混合DC/DC换流器拓扑,提出的换流器拓扑采用高频交流链路,分析了换流器的数学模型和运行约束条件,给出了换流器的参数设计方法。提出了一种换流器CSC侧采用有功功率和无功功率双闭环控制,VSC侧交流电压幅值单闭环控制的DC/DC换流器闭环控制策略。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了1 MW/2000 V/750 V混合DC/DC换流器仿真模型,分别对额定运行工况、功率反转工况和直流短路工况进行了仿真研究。仿真结果验证了提出的混合DC/DC换流器工作性能优越且具备直流短路故障穿越能力。Due to the high failure rate of intelligent distribution network and the limitation of urban land resources,the volume,the cost,efficiency,control performance and faultride-through capability of DC/DC converters have gradually become the constraints for wide application of those converters.To this end,this paper proposes a hybrid DC/DC converter based on current source converter(CSC)and voltage source converter(VSC),whose topology adopts the high frequency AC link circuit.The mathematical model and operation constraint of the proposed topology as well as the parameters design method are presented.A control strategy which adopts active power and reactive power close-loop control at CSC side and ac voltage amplitude close-loop control at VSC side is proposed.Finally,a 1 MW/2000 V/750 V hybrid DC/DC converter is built in PSCAD/EMTDC.Simulations of the rated operating condition,power reverse working condition and dc short circuit condition are carried out.The simulation results show the proposed hybrid DC/DC converter has excellent working performance and the ability of riding through DC short-circuit faults.
