摘 要:提出了一种低碳背景下基于自适应鲁棒优化的含源配电系统规划方法,该方法建立了考虑碳排放约束的近似混合整数线性模型,对电容器组和分布式可再生能源选址定容、过载线路的导线更换和电压调节器进行综合配置;考虑到负荷和分布式可再生能源输出功率的不确定性,采用了自适应鲁棒优化法将不确定模型重塑为3层问题;将3层模型重构为主、子问题双层模型,并采用列和约束生成算法求解该模型。算例采用135节点配电系统在不同情况下进行了研究,以评估所提方法的性能。结果表明,所提模型与方法有利于提高配电系统规划效率,并降低碳排放。This paper proposes a comprehensive planning method for the source-containing distribution network based on adaptive robust optimization under low-carbon background.First,the proposed method establishes an approximate mixed integer linear model considering carbon emission constraints.The site selection and capacity setting of capacitor banks and distributed renewable energy,the replacement of overloaded lines,and the voltage regulator are comprehensively configured.Second,considering the uncertainty of load and distributed renewable energy output power,the adaptive robust optimization method is adopted to rebalance the uncertain model and reshape it into a three-layer issue,and then the three-layer model is reconstructed as a two-layer model of the main and subjective issue,and the column and constraint generation algorithm is used to solve the model.The calculation example uses a 135-bus distribution system to evaluate the performance of the proposed method under different conditions.The results show that the proposed model and method are beneficial to improve the efficiency of distribution network planning and reduce carbon emissions.
