汽车复合板的焊接成形与性能研究

摘  要:考察了焊接方法(钨极氩弧焊和焊条电弧焊)、剖开形式和填充材料对汽车用S3S31803/Q345C复合钢板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ⅹ型剖开焊接接头Ⅰ、Ⅹ型开槽坡口焊接接头Ⅱ和Ⅹ型剖开焊接接头Ⅲ成形质量良好;3种焊接接头的抗拉强度都介于覆层S3S31803和基层Q345C之间,Ⅹ型剖开焊接接头Ⅰ、Ⅹ型开槽坡口焊接接头Ⅱ的抗拉强度符合计算得到S3S31803/Q345C复合板的抗拉强度合格性指标≥502.7 MPa;覆层S31803侧接头Ⅰ和接头Ⅱ的热影响区宽度较小,而接头Ⅲ的热影响区宽度较大,接头Ⅰ、接头Ⅱ和接头Ⅲ热影响区铁素体含量分别为58.7%、54.3%和51.2%;基层Q345C侧接头Ⅰ和接头Ⅱ的焊缝界面处都存在元素扩散现象,而焊接接头Ⅲ中的碳迁移并不明显。接头Ⅰ、接头Ⅱ和接头Ⅲ过渡层中铁素体含量分别为53.8%、46.7%和41.9%,同时可见高密度位错型胞状亚结构和孪晶型亚结构。The effects of welding methods( tungsten argon arc welding and electrode arc welding),cutting form and filler materials on the micro-structure and mechanical properties of S3S31803/Q345C clad steel plate were investigated. The results show that the forming quality of Ⅹ-type split welded joints Ⅰ,Ⅹ-type grooved welded joints Ⅱ and Ⅹ-type split welded joints Ⅲ are good;The tensile strength of the three types of welded joints is between the cladding S3S31803 and the base layer Q345C;The tensile strength of Ⅹ-type split welded joint Ⅰ and Ⅹ-type grooved welded joint Ⅱ is in line with the calculated qualified index of tensile strength of S3S31803/Q345C composite plate( ≥ 502. 7 MPa). The width of the heat-affected zone of joint Ⅰ and joint Ⅱ on the cladding S31803 side is smaller,while that of joint Ⅲ is larger. The ferrite content in heat affected zone of joint Ⅰ,joint Ⅱ and joint Ⅲ is 58.7%,54.3% and 51.2%,respectively. Element diffusion exists at the weld interface of DE joint Ⅰ and joint Ⅱ on the base layer Q345C side. but carbon migration in weld joint Ⅲ is not obvious. The ferrite content in the transition layer of joint Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 53.8,46.7 and 41.9% respectively,and the high density dislocation-type cellular and twin-type substructures can be seen at the same time.
