磷霉素氨丁三醇散致急性尿潴留的病例分析

摘　　要：通过对口服磷霉素氨丁三醇散致急性尿潴留1例的病例分析,提示临床药师在药学监护过程中,应高度重视磷霉素氨丁三醇散药物不良反应,尤其是老年伴有肾功能不全且多种疾病并存患者,应加强对该药药物不良反应的监测,降低药物不良反应的发生率,保证患者用药安全。Through the analysis of a case of acute urinary retention caused by pulveres fosfomycin trometamolium,it is suggested that clinical pharmacists should attach great importance to pulveres fosfomycin trometamolium adverse drug reactions during pharmaceutical care.Especially in elderly patients with renal insufficiency and multiple diseases,we should strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and ensure the safety of patients.
