摘　　要：帕金森病因其神经精神功能及肢体运动功能障碍影响患者生存质量,其发病机制不明,当前仍然以药物治疗为重点。以左旋多巴为主的药物治疗可以通过补充黑质纹状体内的多巴胺来缓解以静止性震颤为主的临床症状,但其药物不良反应较大,同时药物时效性难以长久维持。探明导致帕金森病的发病机制,寻求新的干预靶点是未来防止病情发展的关键,而肠道菌群失衡导致的大脑神经功能障碍即"肠-脑"通路受阻可能是其重要机制之一。The causes of Parkinson’s disease include neuropsychiatric function and limb motor dysfunction,which mainly affect the quality of life of patients.In addition,the pathogenesis is unknown.Therefore,drug therapy is still the focus at present to prevent the progressive development of the disease.Now is given priority to with levodopa drug treatments can complement the substantia nigra striatal dopamine in the body to relieve the clinical symptoms predominantly static tremor,but its side effect is bigger,drug timeliness is difficult to maintain for a long time at the same time,therefore,proven lead to the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease,seek new intervention targets is the key to the future to prevent illness development.The brain neurological dysfunction caused by the imbalance of intestinal flora,namely the obstruction of the"entero-brain"pathway,may be one of the important mechanisms.
