摘　　要：较好地维护农村中小学体育教师利益,不仅对其工作状态和职业认同感有较大影响,而且对农村体育教师队伍的稳定性具有关键作用。以教师利益表达机制为理论基础,从渠道、客体、主体方面审视农村中小学体育教师利益表达问题,认为中小学体育教师利益表达应从观念层面、制度层面、法制层面进行优化。Better safeguarding the interests of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools not only has a greater impact on their working status and professional identity,but also plays a key role in the stability of the team of rural physical education teachers.Based on the theoretical basis of the teacher’s interest expression mechanism,the issue of the interest expression of rural primary and middle school physical education teachers is examined in terms of channels,objects and subjects.The expression of interest of primary and middle school physical education teachers should be optimized from the level of concept,system,and legal system.
