摘 要:针对某车型左前车门玻璃下位关门过程中玻璃存在异常振动的情况,对车门关闭时的瞬态冲击载荷进行了离散化设计,提出了利用传递路径分析(transfer path analysis,TPA)中的逆矩阵(inverse matrix,IM)法求取离散化载荷的方法,并设计了整车和台架试验。然后建立了该车型左前车门的有限元模型,并将求取的离散化瞬态冲击载荷作为有限元模型的输入量,基于瞬态有限元法对车门下位玻璃振动进行了仿真预测,通过与试验实测响应对比说明了模型的准确性。结果表明,该方法验证了通过离散化车门关闭的瞬态冲击载荷对预测振动响应的可行性。Here,aiming at abnormal vibration of left front door lower glass of a vehicle in door closing process,the discretization design for the transient impact load when the door was closed was performed.A method to solve the discretized load using the inverse matrix(IM)in transfer path analysis(TPA)was proposed,and the whole vehicle and bench test were designed.Then,the finite dynamic element model for the left front door of the vehicle was established,and the discretized transient impact load obtained above was taken as the input of the finite element dynamic model.The vibration of the door lower glass was simulated and predicted based on the transient finite element method.The correctness of the model was verified through comparing the simulated results with actually measured test response data.It was shown that predicting vehicle door lower glass abnormal vibration response through discretizing transient impact load during door closing is feasible.
