摘 要:为了研究叶片进口边位置对单叶片离心泵性能的影响,基于标准k-ε湍流模型,对不同叶片进口边位置的单叶片离心泵首先进行了定常数值计算和外特性分析,并通过试验验证了数值计算结果的可靠性。然后以定常计算结果为基础进行了非定常数值计算,分析了叶片进口边位置对泵压力脉动特性的影响。数值计算结果表明:随着叶片进口边沿后盖板或前盖板向泵入口延伸量的增加,除隔舌附近外蜗壳内其余区域的随机压力脉动减弱,压力脉动周期性特征增强,压力脉动系数的幅值和主频压力脉动幅值增大;而隔舌处的压力脉动系数的幅值和主频压力脉动幅值均是先减小后增大,叶片进口边适当延伸可降低隔舌处的压力脉动。Here,to study effects of blade inlet edge position on performance of single blade centrifugal pump,based on the standard k-εturbulence model,the steady numerical calculation and external characteristics analysis for single blade centrifugal pumps with different blade inlet edge positions were firstly performed,and the reliability of numerical calculation results was verified with tests.Then,based on the steady calculation results,the unsteady numerical calculation was performed to analyze effects of blade inlet edge position on pressure pulsation characteristics of the pump.The numerical results showed that with increase in extension of blade inlet edge along rear cover plate or front cover plate to pump inlet,random pressure pulsation in other areas of volute except near septal tongue decreases,periodic characteristics of pressure pulsation increase,and amplitude of pressure pulsation coefficient and amplitude of main frequency pressure pulsation increase;both amplitude of pressure pulsation coefficient and amplitude of main frequency pressure pulsation at septal tongue firstly decrease and then increase;appropriate extension of blade inlet edge can reduce pressure pulsation at septal tongue.
