三级公立医院党建工作优质发展路径探析

摘　　要：新时代,党中央对公立医院党建工作提出了新的要求。结合建立现代医院管理制度,文章对充分发挥三级公立医院党建排头兵作用的路径进行分析。首先,总结了三级公立医院党建工作的现状,着重剖析了“基层组织活力不足,党务工作队伍结构不合理以及党建与业务工作融合度不够”三方面问题。其次,在借鉴国内众多大型公立医院党建经验的基础上,提出“1234”党建优质发展的工作路径,即“确立1个三级公立医院党建核心目标、立足2个医院党建文化建设落脚点、把握医院党建工作的3个有力抓手、科学使用医院党建PDCA循环4个步骤”。最后,从精准把握三级公立医院党建工作现状和灵活使用工作路径两方面作出思考。In the new era,the central government has put forward new requirements for the party construction in public hospitals.In combination with the promotion needs of the modern hospital management system,it analyzes the ways to give full play to the vanguard role of party construction in three-level public hospitals.First of all,it summarizes the current situation of party construction in tertiary public hospitals,focusing on the analysis of“insufficient vitality of grass-roots organizations,unreasonable structure of party work team and insufficient integration of Party construction and business work”.Based of party construction experience of the domestic many large hospitals,it put forward the“1234”construction quality work path of development,put forward“the objective of the party construction of a tertiary public hospital core-based on the two foothold-hold the party construction of hospital culture construction of the CPC party construction of hospital three powerful grip-science using hospital party PDCA four steps”of the work path.Finally,it discusses the current situation of party construction in tertiary public hospitals from two aspects of accurate grasp and flexible use of working path.
