摘　　要：目的了解广东省医疗纺织品管理现状,为优化医院洗衣房管理模式提供科学依据。方法采用实名问卷调查的方式,对广东省医疗单位洗衣房与商业洗衣店进行普查。结果共有4374家医疗单位参与了本次调查,其中包括213家三级医院(4.87%)、499家二级医院(11.41%)和3662家一级医疗单位(83.72%)。3674家医疗单位(84%)采取自行洗涤的方式,507家(11.59%)选择了洗衣外包,193家(4.41%)两种方式并存。医疗单位洗衣房缺少专业管理与监督部门。这项调查包括3867家医疗单位洗衣房和700家商业洗衣店,依照国家标准WS/T508—2016评估,商业洗衣机构的质量控制优于医疗单位洗衣房。结论我国只有小部分医疗单位的洗衣店被外包。然而医疗单位洗衣房的质量管理参差不齐,仍不完善,没有专业机构负责管理和监督。应该重新整合中小型医疗单位的洗衣房,建立区域性洗衣机构。Objective To understand the current situation of medical textile management in Guangdong Province and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the management mode of hospital laundry.Methods A census about the stage of HCT management was held through a real-name questionnaire survey.Results A total of 4374 healthcare centers from 21 cities participated in the survey,including 213(4.87%)tertiary hospitals,499(11.41%)secondary hospitals,and 3662(83.72%)primary and lower healthcare centers.Out of the participants 3674(84%)mainly chose self-washing,507(11.59%)subscribed to laundry outsourcing,and 193(4.41%)used the two modes.Professional management and supervision of laundry rooms are needed in medical units.This survey included 3867 healthcare laundries and 700 commercial laundries.According to the Chinese national standards WS/T508—2016,commercial laundries were better than healthcare laundries in quality control.Conclusion The study showed that a small number of healthcare laundries were outsourced.However,the quality control of healthcare laundries was not complete,and no professional institutions were in charge of supervision.Basic healthcare laundries should be reintegrated,and regional laundries should be established.
