摘 要:核电厂房抵御商用飞机恶意撞击是目前核安全领域关注的热点。根据我国某高温堆反应堆核电厂房结构,设计了5组飞机机身模型撞击缩尺钢筋混凝土墙体试验,研究不同配筋形式的缩尺钢筋混凝土墙体在机身模型撞击下的局部破坏特性。试验结果表明:以不同速度撞击钢筋混凝土墙体时机身模型头部发生不同程度的压屈变形;不同配筋形式的缩尺钢筋混凝土墙体在飞机机身模型撞击作用下,墙体局部破坏特性存在差异。当墙体较厚,冲击力较小时,墙体内拉筋的作用并不明显;当冲击力较大时,墙体内拉筋的配筋形式对裂缝大小及分布产生影响,试验采用的U形拉筋在防撞击破坏能力上要优于普通拉筋;由试验墙体的破坏情况,可初步判断该高温堆反应堆安全壳墙体基本可以满足导则建议条件下抗小型飞机撞击安全性评价的要求。相关工作和结果可为核电厂房结构设计、飞机撞击问题的安全评估以及有限元模型的验证和校准提供数据支持。At present,nuclear power plants(NPP)subjected to commercial aircraft impact are the focus in the nuclear security field.According to the structure of a high temperature reactor NPP in China,five groups of aircraft fuselage model impact tests on scaled reinforced concrete(RC)walls were designed.The local failure characteristics of scaled RC walls with different reinforcement forms against the fuselage model impact were discussed.The results show that the head of the fuselage models appear different degrees of buckling deformation when they impact at different speeds,the scaled RC walls with different reinforcement forms are affected by the impact of the aircraft fuselage model.The local failure characteristics of the walls are different.When the wall is thicker and the impact force is small,the effect of stirrup in the wall is not obvious.However,when the impact force is large,the form of stirrup in the RC wall has an effect on the size and distribution of cracks.The U-shaped stirrup used in the test is superior to ordinary one in resistance impact.From the damage of the test wall,it can be preliminarily judged that the containment wall of the high temperature reactor NPP can basically meet the requirements of safety evaluation against small aircraft impact according to the guidelines.The relevant works and conclusions can provide data support for structural design,safety assessment of the small aircraft collision problems and verification and calibration of finite element models.
