摘 要:为研究某大口径火炮采用不同膛线形式对弹丸挤进过程的影响,使用光滑粒子法建立了某模块装药全装药条件下弹带挤进过程模型,仿真得到了弹丸位移、速度、加速度、挤进阻力和导转力矩,分析了膛线起始缠角对挤进阻力和导转力矩的影响。仿真得到了挤进过程中等效应力、等效塑性应变、温度和损伤变量的分布。通过二次开发编程统计了弹带材料的等效应力、应力三轴度、罗德参数、等效塑性应变、温度和损伤变量的分布,揭示了挤进过程的塑性变形机理。开发了新的后处理程序得到了弹带多个截面的场变量分布,分析了等效应力、应力三轴度、罗德参数、等效塑性应变、温度和损伤变量的分布规律,得到了膛线缠角对挤进过程的影响。In order to study the effect of rifle twist angle on projectile engraving process of a large caliber gun,the numerical models for projectile engraving process under modular charge have been proposed based on smoothed particle hydrodynamics.The displacement,velocity,acceleration,resistance force,and moment of projectile were obtained by simulations.The effect of twist angle on resistance force and driving moment were analyzed.The deformation process,equivalent stress,equivalent plastic strain,temperature,and damage variable distribution of rotating band were obtained by numerical simulation.The frequency distribution of particles was obtained by particular variables such as equivalent stress,stress triaxiality,Lode parameter,equivalent plastic strain,temperature and damage variable.The results show that large plastic deformation occurrences.By developing a new post program,the field variables distribution on specified sections were got and analyzed,the effects of initial twist angle on engraving process were obtained.
