居住模式转变下的集合住宅发展特征研究--以中国“参与型共建”住宅为例

摘　　要：时至今日,人类社会的居住模式已经完成了从分散独立型向聚焦集合型的转变,集合住宅作为聚焦集合型居住模式的实现形式,反映出人类共同居住在不同历史时期的特征,也是当下社会发展趋势下的主流居住类型。同样,集合住宅随着新时代“居住模式”的不断多元化也出现了新的发展趋势,“参与型共建”居住模式影响下的集合住宅类型演变就是其中的典型代表,它是促进集合住宅建设转型和践行创新的有效手段之一。文章以参与型共建居住模式为切入点,同时基于对不同历史时期居住模式特征的梳理和参与型共建居住模式特征的分析,总结居住模式不断转变下中国集合住宅的演变趋势。Today,the mode of human habitation has completed the transformation from a decentralized and independent type to a focused and integrated type.As the realization of the focused and integrated mode of residence,the collective housing reflects the characteristics of humans living together in different historical periods,which is the mainstream residential type driven by the current social development,and“cooperation construction”has become one of the effective means to solve the transformation and practice innovation of collective housing construction under the background of diversified housing supply in China.Starting from the“participatory co-construction”residential model dominated by collaboration and mutual assistance,and based on the review of the characteristics of the housing patterns in different historical periods and the analysis of the characteristics of the participatory co-construction housing patterns,this article analyzes the evolution trend of China’s collective housing under the changing housing pattern.
