摘 要:枣原产于我国黄河流域,山西自古以来便是枣的主要产地之一。"园有棘,其实之实",先秦时期,关于山西枣的培植已见于记载。汉晋时期,"河东枣""安邑枣"有"大如卵"的美誉,是最早作为宫廷御用的枣种之一。"河中永乐出枣,为道家所贵",唐宋时期,山西枣亦得士人的青睐。到了商品化加速发展的明清时期,枣在全国多省广植,而以"大"著称的山西枣,优势地位渐不突出。Jujube is native to the Yellow River Basin,and Shanxi province has been one of the leading producers since time immemorial.In the pre-Qin period,Shanxi jujube cultivation was recorded,as was shown in the lines"the garden is full of jujube,with the fruits heavily hanging."In the Han-Jin dynasties,"Hedong jujube"and"Anyi jujube",were both the earliest jujube varieties embraced by the royal court,maintained its reputation as"big as an egg".In the Tang and Song dynasties,jujubes in Shanxi were also favored by scholars.Nevertheless,in the Ming and Qing dynasties when commercialization accelerated,jujubes were widely planted in many provinces across the country,but Shanxi jujube,which was known for being"large",gradually became less dominant.
