摘 要:采用选择性激光烧结法制备出不同Al_(2)O_(3)含量的PA12基复合材料,然后对其力学性能和热稳性能进行了研究,结果表明复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度随着Al_(2)O_(3)含量的增加逐渐降低;储能模量的情况则相反呈现出不断增加的趋势,热稳定性测试显示Al_(2)O_(3)的加入使复合材料的最大热分解温度显著向低温方向上移动,但进一步增加Al_(2)O_(3)含量几乎不影响复合材料的热稳定性。The selective laser sintering method was used to prepare PA12-based composites with different Al_(2)O_(3)content,and then the mechanical properties and thermal stability were studied.The results show that the tensile strength and notched impact strength of the composites gradually decrease with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)content,while the case of storage modulus is the opposite,showing an increasing trend.the thermal stability test showed that the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)significantly shifted the maximum thermal decomposition temperature of the composites to the low temperature direction,but further increasing the content of Al_(2)O_(3),the thermal stability of the composites was hardly affected.
