摘 要:采取响应面法优化三颗针多糖的水提醇沉提取工艺条件。首先通过研究料液比、提取温度、提取时间3个提取因素对三颗针多糖得率效果的影响,在单因素试验筛选的前提下,响应面法设计、试验与分析,优化了三颗针多糖的提取工艺。本试验优化筛选出三颗针多糖最佳提取条件为液料比20mL/g,提取时间100min,提取温度100℃。在该提取条件下三颗针多糖得率(0.476±0.022)%,相对偏差较小,提取条件稳定可靠,为三颗针多糖的有效提取提供理论依据,为三颗针多糖的活性研究奠定基础。The response surface methodology was used to optimize the water extraction and alcohol precipitation process conditions of the Barberry Root polysaccharide.Firstly,the influence of three factors of material-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of Barberry Root polysaccharides was studied.On the basis of single factor test screening,response surface method was used to design and analyze,and then the extraction of Barberry Root polysaccharides was optimized.In this experiment,the optimal extraction conditions of the Barberry Root polysaccharides were as follows,the solid-liquid ratio was 20 mL/g,the extraction time was 100 min,and the extraction temperature was 100℃.Under the extraction conditions,the Barberry Root polysaccharide yield is(0.476±0.022)%which has low relative deviation.The extraction conditions are stable and reliable,which provide a theoretical basis for the effective extraction of the Barberry Root polysaccharide and lay a foundation for the study of the activity of the Barberry Root polysaccharide.
