非膜法工艺技术处理老龄垃圾渗滤液及受污染地下导排水工程实例

摘　　要：福建泉州某垃圾填埋场随着场龄及垃圾填埋量的增加,原有渗滤液处理系统处理能力不足,出水水质不能满足现行国家排放标准要求。此外,由于填埋库区防渗系统功能衰退,库区地下导排水受污染,需要进行妥善处理。为此,对渗滤液处理系统进行改扩建,并新建地下导排水处理系统。采用“两级A/O-沉淀+两级Fenton-BAF”的非膜法处理工艺对垃圾渗滤液进行处理,同时,采用“硝化滤池+反硝化滤池”组合工艺处理受污染的地下导排水。改扩建后,渗滤液能达到600m^(3)/d的处理能力,出水指标满足GB 16889-2008《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》中表2标准限值;地下导排水处理规模为1000m^(3)/d,出水指标满足GB/T 31962-2015《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》表1中B级标准。A landfill in Quanzhou,Fujian.with the increase of landfill age and landfill volume,the treatment capacity of the original leachate treatment system is insufficient,and the effluent quality cannot meet the requirements of the current national emission standards.In addition,due to the function decline of the seepage control system in the landfill reservoir area,the underground drainage in the reservoir area is polluted and needs to be treated properly.Therefore,the leachate treatment system was rebuilt and expanded,and a new underground drainage treatment system was built.The non-membrane process consisting of two-stage A/O,precipitation,two-stage Fenton/BAF was applied for treatment of landfill leachate.And the combined process of nitrifying filter,denitrifying filter was used to treat the polluted underground drainage.After reconstruction and expansion,the leachate treatment capacity will reach 600m^(3)/d,and the effluent quality can stably meet the requirements of Table 2 in the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).The underground drainage treatment capacity will reach 1000m^(3)/d,and the effluent quality can stably meet the requirements of Grade B in Table 1 in the Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers(GB/T31962-2015).
