摘 要:探索以小分子聚醚为起始剂,采用高效双金属催化剂(DMC-Ⅱ),催化二氧化碳(CO_(2))、环氧丙烷(PO)的无规则加成反应,制得聚醚碳酸酯多元醇。研究了双金属催化剂活性、小分子聚醚分子量、反应温度、反应压力、CO_(2)用量等因素对合成聚醚碳酸酯的影响。结果表明,以350分子量甘油聚醚和400分子量丙二醇醚为复合起始剂,采用高效双金属催化剂(DMC-Ⅱ),反应温度在140℃-110℃-140℃,反应压力在0.4MPa~0.6MPa,反应时间约6h,可制得羟值为240mg KOH/g的聚醚碳酸酯ZS-1708;该样品CO_(2)使用量为10%,是一种新型的“碳中和”的聚氨酯聚醚原料,可以用在慢回弹海绵、硬泡保温等领域。Polyether carbonate polyols were prepared by using small molecular polyether as initiator and efficient bimetallic catalyst(DMCⅡ)to catalyze the irregular addition reaction of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and propylene oxide(PO).The effects of bimetallic catalyst activity,molecular weight of small molecular polyether,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and amount of CO_(2)on the synthesis of polyether carbonate were studied.The results show that polyether carbonate ZS-1708 with hydroxyl value of 240mg KOH/g can be prepared by using 350 molecular weight glycerol polyether and 400 molecular weight propylene glycol ether as composite initiator,high efficiency bimetallic catalyst(DMC-Ⅱ),reaction temperature of 140℃-110℃-140℃,reaction pressure of 0.4MPa~0.6MPa and reaction time of about 6 hours;The CO_(2)consumption of the sample is 10%.It is a new"carbon neutral"polyurethane polyether raw material,which can be used in the fields of slow rebound sponge,hard foam insulation and so on.
