复方聚乙二醇电解质分次服用法在糖尿病患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质分次服用法在糖尿病患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果,以减轻患者在肠道准备中的不适,提高检查舒适度,为制定安全、有效且可行的糖尿病患者肠道准备护理流程提供科学依据,为科室专科质量管理和临床操作提供参考。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照实验方法,以糖尿病住院患者为研究对象,比较复方聚乙二醇电解质分次服用法和单次服用法在糖尿病患者肠镜检查前肠道准备的应用效果,并运用Harefield量表评价肠道准备效果。结果:试验组各分段肠道清洁评分和肠道评分总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者肠镜清洁效果达A级和B级的人数较对照组多,C级人数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肠镜清洁合格率优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组肠道准备评分总分(10.78±2.24)分,高于对照组的(9.35±1.67)分,且肠道准备合格率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质分次服用能提高糖尿病患者结肠镜检查肠道准备清洁合格率,减少患者不适症状,提高检查舒适度。Objective To investigate the application effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes in divided servings on colonoscopy preparation for colonoscopy in diabetic patients,in order to reduce the discomfort of patients during bowel preparation,improve examination comfort,and to develop a safe and effective The feasible intestinal preparation and nursing process for diabetic patients provides a scientific basis and provides a reference for the department's specialist quality management and clinical operations.Method A prospective randomized controlled experimental method was used to study inpatients with diabetes mellitus.The application effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte fractionated administration and single administration on bowel preparation before enteroscopy in diabetic patients was compared.Harefield was used.The scale evaluates the effect of intestinal preparation.Results The intestinal cleansing scores and total intestinal scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The number of patients with cleansing colonoscopy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of patients in the C group was less than the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of colonoscopy cleaning in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total score of intestinal preparation in the experimental group(10.78±2.24)was higher than that in the control group(9.35±1.67),and the qualified rate of intestinal preparation(93.75%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.35%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes can improve the qualified rate of colonoscopy preparation for colonoscopy in diabetic patients,reduce the discomfort and improve the comfort of examination.
