摘　　要：采用高纯二聚酸为原料合成C36二元脂肪腈,通过筛选确定十二烷基苯磺酸锌为高效的催化剂,通过对比实验表明该催化剂具有良好的催化性能,反应温度低,转化率高,产品纯度好。通过单因素优化确定反应的最佳工艺条件,反应温度290℃,催化剂用量3%,反应时间12 h,产品有效腈含量达到97%以上。High-purity dimeric acid was used to create C36 binary fatty nitrile.As an efficient catalyst,zinc dodecylbenzene sulfonate was chosen.Experiments revealed that the catalyst had good catalytic performance,a low reaction temperature,a high conversion rate,and a high product purity.Single factor optimization was used to determine the best reaction conditions.The reaction temperature is 290°C,the catalyst concentration is 3%,the reaction time is 12 hours,and the effective content of the product is greater than 97%.
