摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取紫苏⁃乌药药对挥发油,应用气相色谱⁃质谱联用技术对样品成分进行分析,峰面积归一化法计算百分含量。从紫苏⁃乌药药对配伍后的挥发油中共鉴定出75种成分,占总挥发油48.76%,其中主要成分为γ⁃马榄烯、棕榈酸,分别占挥发油总量的6.28%、5.57%。The chemical constituents of volatile oil from compatibility Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt with Lindera aggregata(Sims)Kosterm were analyzed and identified.The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography⁃mass spectrometry.The percentage of volatile oil was calculated by peak area normalization method.A total of 75 components was identified from the volatile oil combined Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt and Lindera aggregata(Si ms)Kosterm,accounting for 48.76%of the total volatile oil,among which the main components wereγ⁃Maaliene and Hexadecanoic acid,accounting for 6.28%and 5.57%of the total volatile oil,respectively.
