摘  要:泛素化修饰是一种重要的蛋白质翻译后修饰,已经成为调节炎症信号转导等不同生物过程中信号转导的重要机制,并且与动物机体的炎症疾病息息相关。核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)和NLRP3炎性小体是2个典型的炎症反应分子驱动因子,而泛素化修饰在NF-κB和NLRP3炎性小体激活中发挥着不可替代的作用。因此,本文重点讨论了病原体、炎性因子和自由基激活NF-κB中的泛素化调节作用,以及NLRP3炎性小体激活中的泛素化调节作用,旨在为调控机体的炎症水平提供更多的理论依据,提高动物机体健康。Ubiquitination is an important post-translational modification of proteins,which has become an important mechanism for the regulation of signal transduction in different biological processes such as inflammatory signal transduction,and is closely related to inflammatory diseases in animals.Nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)and NLRP3 inflammasome are two typical driving factors of cytokines,and ubiquitination plays an irreplaceable role in the activation of NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome.Therefore,this paper focused on the ubiquitination regulation of NF-κB activated by pathogens,cytokines and free radicals,as well as the ubiquitination regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome activation,in order to provide more theoretical basis for the regulation of the inflammatory level of the body and improve the health of animals.
