摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同饲用竹粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和粪便微生物的影响。仿生消化试验测定常规竹粉(GB)和超微竹粉(SB)的体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)及其添加水平对断奶仔猪料IVDMD的影响。动物试验选择28日龄、体重[(7.88±0.58) kg]相近的健康杜×长×大断奶仔猪30头,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加1%常规竹粉和超微竹粉的试验饲粮。预试期3 d,正试期13 d。结果表明:1)超微加工处理改变了常规饲用竹粉的粒径分布值,超微竹粉的IVDMD显著高于常规竹粉(P<0.05)。饲用竹粉添加水平对断奶仔猪料的IVDMD有显著影响(P<0.05),添加2%常规竹粉或超微竹粉均显著降低断奶仔猪料的IVDMD(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,超微竹粉组断奶仔猪的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);超微竹粉组的料重比显著低于常规竹粉组(P<0.05),血清甘油三酯和葡萄糖含量显著高于常规竹粉组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,超微竹粉和常规竹粉组断奶仔猪的粪便大肠杆菌数量均显著降低(P<0.05),常规竹粉组的粪便乳酸杆菌数和总需氧菌数均显著降低(P<0.05),超微竹粉组的粪便乳酸杆菌/大肠杆菌显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,超微竹粉组断奶仔猪的粪便甲烷短杆菌属相对丰度增加而梭菌属相对丰度降低,常规竹粉组的粪便奥尔森姓菌属相对丰度增加而乳酸菌属相对丰度降低。综合以上结果表明,饲用竹粉的添加水平增加会降低断奶仔猪料的IVDMD,添加1%超微竹粉可改善断奶仔猪的粪便菌群组成,降低大肠杆菌数量,提高生长性能。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different feeding bamboo powder on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and fecal microorganism of weaned piglets.Bionic digestion test was carried out to determine in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD)of general-micronized bamboo powder(GB)and super-micronized bamboo powder(SB)and evaluate the effects of GB and SB supplemental levels on IVDMD of weaned piglets.Thirty 28-day-old healthy Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned piglets with similar body weight of(7.88±0.58)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 piglet per replicate.Piglets in control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimentalⅠand Ⅱgroups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 1% GB and SB,respectively.The pre-experiment lasted for3 days,and the experiment lasted for 13 days.The results showed as follows:1)super-micronized processing changed distribution particle size of general-micronized feeding bamboo powder,causing that the IVDMD of SB was significantly higher than that of GB(P<0.05).Besides,the supplemental level of feeding bamboo powder had significant effect on IVDMD of weaned piglets’ diet(P<0.05),supplemented with 2% GB or SB significantly decreased IVDMD of weaned piglets’ diet(P<0.05).2)Compared with control group,average daily gain of weaned piglets in SB group was significantly increased and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain in SB group was significantly lower than that in GB group(P<0.05),while the contents of serum triglyceride and glucose in SB group were significantly higher than those in GB group(P<0.05).3)Compared with control group,the number of Escherichia coli in feces of weaned piglets in SB and GB groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the number of Lactobacillus and total aerobic bacteria in feces in GB group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the ratio of Lactobacillus to Escherichia coli in feces in SB group was significantly increased(P<0.05
