摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加胍基乙酸(GAA)对羔羊生长性能和营养物质消化代谢的影响。试验选取48只4月龄、体重[(24.8±1.3)kg]相近的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交一代公羔,随机分为4组,每组12只羊。各组基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、300(300GAA组)、600(600GAA组)和900 mg/kg(900GAA组)的GAA。预试期15 d,正试期70 d。饲养试验结束后,每组随机选取6只体重相近的试验羊进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:1)900GAA组的末重和平均日增重均显著高于对照组、300GAA组和600GAA组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组、300GAA组和600GAA组(P<0.05)。2)900GAA组的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率均显著高于对照组、300GAA组和600GAA组(P<0.05)。3)900GAA组的摄入总能、消化能、甲烷能、代谢能、总能表观消化率和总能代谢率均显著高于对照组、300GAA组和600GAA组(P<0.05)。4)900GAA组的摄入氮、可消化氮、沉积氮和氮表观消化率显著高于对照组、300GAA组和600GAA组(P<0.05);900GAA组的氮沉积率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与300GAA组和600GAA组无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)300GAA组、600GAA组和900GAA组的尿酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),900GAA组的微生物蛋白(MCP)含量显著高于对照组、300GAA组和600GAA组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加适宜水平的GAA能改善羔羊的生长性能,提高营养物质的消化代谢,提高羔羊对饲粮能量和氮的利用率。本试验条件下,饲粮中GAA的适宜添加水平为900 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of guanidineacetic acid(GAA)on growth performance and nutrient digestion and metabolism of lambs.Forty-eight 4-months-old Dorper×thin-tailed Han ram lambs with similar body weight of(24.8±1.3)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 lambs in each group.Lambs in each groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0(control group),300(300GAA group),600(600GAA group)and 900 mg/kg(900GAA group)GAA,respectively.The adaptation period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 70 days.At the end of the experiment,six lambs with similar body weight in each groups were selected to carry out the digestive and metabolic experiment.The results showed as follows:1)the final weight and average daily gain of 900GAA group were significantly higher than those of control group,300GAA group and 600GAA group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of control group,300GAA group and 600GAA group(P<0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)of 900GAA group was significantly higher than that of control group,300GAA group and 600GAA group(P<0.05).3)The gross energy intake,digestible energy,methane energy,metabolic energy,apparent digestibility of gross energy and metabolizability of gross energy of 900GAA group were significantly higher than those of control group,300GAA group and 600GAA group(P<0.05).4)The nitrogen intake,digestible nitrogen,nitrogen deposition,apparent digestibility of nitrogen of 900GAA group were significantly higher than those of control group,300GAA group and 600GAA group(P<0.05);the nitrogen deposition rate of 900GAA group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but had no significant difference with 300GAA group and 600GAA group(P>0.05).5)The uric acid content of 300GAA group,600GAA group and 900GAA group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the microbial protein(MCP)conte
