摘 要:介绍了对工业硅(铁)生产过程中的废渣进行有效利用,不仅可以解决堆放问题,而且减少环境污染。废渣应用广泛,不仅可以生产水泥、混凝土、硅酸钙板和岩棉等建筑材料,而且可以生产高附加值产品,如制备的球形微硅粉作集成电路的必备材料。此外,以含硅含碳废渣为原料,添加黏结剂制造适当强度和反应活性的碳硅复合球团再入炉,可以实现资源二次利用。并且对废渣未来的利用方向做出了展望。The effective utilization of waste residue in the process of industrial grade silicon(ferrosilicon)production can not only solve the stacking problem,but also reduce environmental pollution.Waste residue can be widely used not only to produce cement,concrete,calcium silicate board,rock wool and other building materials,but also to produce some high value-added products,such as spherical micro silicon powder prepared as necessary materials for integrated circuits.In addition,silicon and carbon containing waste slag as raw material,adding binder to produce carbon-silicon composite pellet with appropriate strength and reaction activity for feeding into furnace again,which can realize the secondary utilization of resources.The future utilization direction of waste residue is prospected.
