微碳铬铁小粒度加工的复摆颚式破碎机改造

摘　　要：介绍了微碳铬铁粒度加工的复摆颚式破碎机改造。众所周知,微碳铬铁抗压强度平均值为16 131.9 kg/cm^(2),抗弯强度为278 kg/cm^(2)。而矿石最硬的抗压强度平均值为2 700 kg/cm^(2),实现用破碎矿石标准设计的破碎机破碎微碳铬铁,通过反复分析以及技术改进,提高了设备能力,实现单机月破碎量达900 t。The transformation of single-toggle jaw crusher for precision machining of simplex carbon ferrochrome is introduced.It is well known that the average compressive strength of simplex carbon ferrochrome is 131.9 kg/cm^(2) and the flexural strength is 278 kg/cm^(2).But the average compressive strength of the hardest ore is about 2700 kg/cm^(2).The crusher with the designed standard of crushing ore realizes the crushing of simplex carbon ferrochrome.Through repeated analysis and technical improvement,the equipment capacity has been improved,and the monthly crushing capacity of a single machine reaches 900 t.
