摘  要:[目的]研究碳点(CDs)对作物种子萌发及生长的影响。[方法]采用微宇宙培养系统,探究10 mg/L下CDs处理对菠菜(伏播611)种子发芽性能及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]在菠菜种子培植10d后,CDs处理的菠菜种子萌发率为69.0%,显著高于对照组(46.0%,P<0.05)。CDs增加了菠菜幼苗的生物量,相对于对照组,鲜重提高30.1%,干重提高55.3%。CDs上调了菠菜种子的水通道蛋白基因表达,增加对水分的吸收,促进菠菜种子萌发及生长。[结论]CDs可以作为一种优良的纳米材料应用于现代农业发展中,特别是应用在作物种子的萌发及生长方面。[Objective]To study the effects of carbon dots(CDs) on the germination and growth of crop seeds.[Method]A microcosmic culture system was used to explore the effects of CDs(10 mg/L) on the germination performance and seedling growth of spinach(Fubo 611).[Result]After the spinach seeds were cultivated for 10 days, the seeds germination rate treated with CDs was 69.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(46.0%,P<0.05).CDs increased the biomass of spinach seedlings relative to the control group(fresh and dry weight increased by 30.1% and 55.3%,respectively).CDs up-regulated the aquaporin gene expression of spinach seeds, increased water absorption, and promoted the germination and growth of spinach seeds.[Conclusion]CDs can be used as excellent nanomaterials for developing modern agriculture, especially in the germination and growth of crop seeds.
