摘 要:草莓茎尖脱毒技术能够从生产上解决草莓因长期无性繁殖,易受到多种病毒的侵染,从而导致植株长势变弱、果实品质劣化、产量下降等品种退化现象。从草莓茎尖消毒、茎尖选取、培养基的筛选、多种脱毒方式结合、病毒检测、驯化移栽、种苗繁育等方面综述了草莓茎尖脱毒繁育体系的研究进展,以期为草莓茎尖脱毒繁育体系的建立提供参考。The technology of stem apex detoxification of strawberry can solve problems that finally results in the weakening of plant growth,deterioration of fruit quality and decline of yield,which due to long-term asexual reproduction that easily infected by a variety of viruses.This paper summarized the research progress on stem apex detoxification and breeding system of strawberry from the disinfection of stem apex,selection of stem apex,screening of culture medium,virus detection,combination of multiple detoxification methods,domestication and transplanting,seedling breeding and other aspects,in order to provide reference for the establishment of stem apex detoxification and breeding system of strawberry.
