摘  要:分别用0、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%NaCl溶液处理紫丹参种子及幼苗,对不同浓度盐胁迫下紫丹参种子的萌发率和幼苗生长状况及生理特性进行研究。结果表明,随着盐浓度的逐渐增加,紫丹参种子的发芽速度和发芽率均呈减小趋势,幼苗期主根及侧根生长减缓,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及丙二醛含量逐渐上升。在高盐胁迫下幼苗出现盐害症状,植株叶片变黄脱落,总丹参酮含量先增加后降低,总酚酸含量呈下降趋势,叶绿素含量也随盐胁迫浓度的增加逐渐降低,甚至导致植株死亡。盐胁迫下,紫丹参的生长状况呈下降趋势,土壤中盐分含量过高,使植物生理代谢紊乱,出现盐害现象。The seeds and seedlings of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge were treated with 0,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%and 0.9%NaCl(mmol/L),respectively.The germination rate of seeds,growth status and physiological characteristics of seedlings were studied under different concentrations of salt stress.With the increase of salt concentration,the germination and germination rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza seeds decreased,the growth of main root and lateral root slowed down,and the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and malondialdehyde increased gradually.Under high salt stress,the seedlings showed symptoms of salt damage,the leaves turned yellow and fell off,the total tanshinone content increased first and then decreased,the total phenolic acid content showed a downward trend,and the chlorophyll content gradually decreased with the increase of salt stress,even leading to plant death.Under salt stress,the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza showed a downward trend,and the salt content in soil was too high,which led to the disorder of plant physiological metabolism and salt damage.
