摘  要:[目的]了解五大连池自然保护区熔岩台地不同林型土壤真菌生物量及土壤理化性质的变化规律。[方法]选择五大连池火山熔岩台地3个典型树种(白桦矮曲林、山杨矮曲林、香杨矮曲林),对林分特征、土壤中总球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(T-GRSP)、易提取球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(EE-GRSP)、有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、pH等指标进行研究。[结果]球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(GRSP)林型间差异明显,GRSP与土壤理化性质相关性的种类、数量、正负和有无受林型影响较大。GRSP对矮曲林林分大小具有一定的指示功能。[结论]熔岩台地生境中林型及林分的差异与GRSP、土壤理化指标及二者的耦合关系存在一定关联,这种关联对于提高保护区土壤碳汇功能和维持土壤肥力,乃至对该地区进一步开展自然资源及地质遗产保护具有重要价值。[Objective]To understand the change rules of soil fungi biomass and soil physicochemical properties of forest types in lava plateau of Wudalianchi nature reserve.[Method]We studied the total glomalin-related soil protein,easily extractable glomalin-related soil protein,SOC,soil total N,soil total P,soil total K and soil pH of 3 typical forest types in Wudalianchi volcanic lava platform.[Result]The result showed that there were significant differences of glomalin-related soil protein on different forest types.The difference of forest types affects the species,quantity,positive and negative,and the existence or not of soil physicochemical properties related to GRSP.GRSP has a certain indication function for stand size of dwarf qulin.[Conclusion]This correlation is of great significance not only for improving soil carbon sink function and maintaining soil fertility in natural reserve,but also for the further protection of natural resources and geological heritage.
